Easy Ways To Know Pearls
The pearls are valuable items of jewelry, but getting the right can be a bit tricky, because the scoring systems for them are somewhat obscure. Fortunately, this can be remedied with a little education.
The beads have two different grading systems: AAA-A system and Alzheimer's.
The AAA-A is used primarily freshwater pearls. It is rarely used for cultured pearls.
* AAA is the designation of flawless pearls with great luster and almost no apparent defects. The defects present must cover at least 5% of the surface of the pearl.
* AA indicates that the pearls have high luster and surfaces are at least 75% spotless.
* The rating of "A" is given a low grade of pearl jewelry that displays a small amount of surface brightness with 25% or more to remove the surface.
Pearls Tahitian or South Seas use the classification system Pearl AD. Although close to a AAA-rating system of a doubt which system your pearls are noted on the purchase of "A" grade pearls.
* "A" is used to represent the highest quality pearls have great luster and contain less than 10% of surface defects.
* The "B" means pearls with high luster medium and up to 30% surface imperfections.
* Grade "C" pearls have medium luster (and rarely at the top) with 60% of the covered area in the defects.
* "D" Pearl noted imperfections over 60% of miners to the surface or up to 60% of surface imperfections deep. Although these Pearls have a high brightness, the large amount of imperfections makes pearls quality standards, but they are still accepted for jewelry. Pearls classified below this level are not approved for use in jewelry.
Here are some tips that can help you make the best choice to add to your own private collection of jewelry.
Pearls are classified similarly to diamonds, and the following 5 categories are concerned:
* Luster, shape, color, surface and size of all these, the size is less important when it comes to value.
1. Decide if you want to buy natural pearls, cultured pearls, freshwater pearls or a synthetic variety. Natural pearls and some specimens culture will be more expensive.
2. The luster of pearls is one of the main factors that make them desirable and valuable. Luster is measured in terms of how light reflectivity of the entire surface is pearl. Base your purchase on the quality of brilliance rather than size is recommended. Because pearls are naturally occurring imperfections are often evident, and a small imperfection does not always take away from the appearance. 3. Always remember the large beads may be of lesser value than small because they often have defects and imperfections. It is extremely rare to find a big pearl perfectly round of a high luster and few imperfections.

5. When looking for a necklace of quality, it is important to look for pearls that are well suited the size, symmetry, and the chandelier.

There are different styles of pearl necklaces that you could consider and here are the most common classifications.
* The necklace is a necklace 3 strand making beads. These necklaces can focus much of your outfits and more formal than some other options necklace.
* Pearl chokers are about 14 to 16 inches in length. Most of them are designed so that the remaining beads on the collarbone, accenting the lines of the throat. This is a classic style with a timeless elegance.
* Princess necklaces are simple strands of beads that are 17-20 inches in length. They look like a princess necklace and can be worn with a choice of casual clothes or formal.
* The Matinee pearl necklaces are 20-25 cm long and the blade is often doubled so it looks like a necklace "choker". They are sometimes worn with casual wear, but a selection mode for more evening clothes.
* A string of pearls rope is quite spectacular with a length of 40-72 cm. The length of this selection of jewelry gives an incredible amount of versatility.
